Arnold F. Riedhammer „Signature Stick!” made from American Hickory wood, external diameter 14.0 mm and weight 45 to 47 grams, is a special “allround stick” especially designed for drumset playing. The slightly shorter length of 15.5 inches (39.4 cm) allows my technique to easily play faster parts. Through the shorter length I don’t feel the “vibration kickback reaction” on my wrist. A “vibration kickback reaction” on your wrist could lead to tendonitis which no player wants to have!
The teardrop (arrowhead) tip produces a clear “ping sound” on cymbals which most of the players love and prefer. In these sticks you will find 40 years experience as a studio and live drummer!

The teardrop (arrowhead) tip creates a warm sound with a clear attack. In these sticks you will find 43 years experience as principal percussionist with the Munich Philharmonic Orchestra under the baton of Maestro Sergiu Celibidache, Leonard Bernstein, Herbert von Karajan and many others. Celibidache was known for asking an unbelievable “ppp” pianissimo. These Classic Sticks will help you to create that sound.

The small round tip is most suitable for very soft parts (Celibidache etc.) like “Bolero”, “Scheherazade”, 7. Schostakowitsch etc.
“Classic Concert 1 & 2” are best suitable for auditions!
